EGEUS ETS

EGEUS ETS welcomes requests for endorsement of scientific, educational and public outreach initiatives that align with its mission and objectives and uphold the principles of quality, scientific rigour, transparency and independence.

Endorsement may be requested for the following types of initiatives:

• Congresses, conferences and seminars;
• Courses and other educational activities;
• Research projects;
• Scientific publications and documents;
• Public outreach and awareness-raising activities;
• Campaigns and other initiatives of scientific interest.

Requests must be submitted by the institution, organisation or professional responsible for the initiative and must include all the information required for the Society to assess the proposal.

How to Submit a Request

To apply for endorsement, applicants must complete the form below and provide the relevant supporting documentation, including:

• The title and type of initiative;
• Its objectives and target audience;
• A detailed programme or project description;
• The names of the scientific and organisational leads;
• The date and venue;
• Details of any partners and sponsors;
• Any available informational and promotional materials;
• A detailed list of the speakers and faculty members involved in the scientific programme.

Requests must be submitted at least 90 days before the scheduled date of the initiative.

Each application will be reviewed by the EGEUS ETS Board of Directors in accordance with the Society’s internal procedures and established assessment criteria. Submission of an application does not guarantee endorsement.

Endorsement does not automatically imply financial support, organisational involvement or full agreement with every aspect of the initiative. It recognises the initiative’s relevance to the Society’s aims and, where approval is granted, authorises the use of the Society’s name and logo, subject to the agreed terms and conditions.

If endorsement is granted, the Society’s name and logo may only be used with prior written authorisation and in accordance with the terms and conditions communicated by the Society by email.
